Most people know that THE AMITYVILLE HORROR is reportedly based on real events. Far fewer knew that the SILENT HILL films also had roots in history. The stories behind both of these films, along with THE MOTHMAN PROPHECIES and POLTERGEIST, were explored in last year’s REAL FEAR: THE TRUTH BEHIND THE MOVIES special, which aired on Chiller TV. In the annals of ass-monster movies, BAD MILO comes across as a terrific rush – pardon the unavoidable metaphors.
