In 24: LEGACY, the Counter-Terrorism Unit (CTU) is once again fending off crises in one-hour real-time installments Monday nights on Fox Network. Newly-returned U.S. Army Ranger Eric Carter, played by Corey Hawkins, is recruited by the agency. He’s learning the ropes of what Jack Bauer used to do, with emergency on-the-job training. Executive producer Manny Coto co-created 24: LEGACY with Evan Katz; 24 creators Robert Cochran and Joel Surnow are also credited with devising the spin-off. 24: LEGACY: EP Howard Gordon talks returning to the franchise – interview

Corey Hawkins stars in 24: LEGACY | © 2017 Guy D'Alema/FOX

Fox Network’s new Monday-night thriller 24: LEGACY is in some respects its own show. Corey Hawkins stars as military veteran Eric Carter, who begins working with the Counter-Terrorism Unit (CTU) over the course of one intense day, rather than starting out as a seasoned CTU agent like Kiefer Sutherland’s Jack Bauer. But this is a legacy of the original 24, with some returning characters – like Carlos Bernard’s Tony Almeida – the same ticking-clock time frame, and a lot of the behind the scenes creative team once again in the driver’s seat. Among the returnees is executive producer Howard Gordon, […]Read On »

In Fox’s miniseries WAYWARD PINES, Thursdays at 9 PM, Secret Service Agent Ethan Burke (Matt Dillon) is understandably upset.
