There’s a lot going on and stories are starting to come together. Oh, and Jorge Garcia is back as the Giant – who turns out to be called “Tiny” because compared to his brothers he is. A scene from REVENGE "Union" | (c) 2013 ABC/Richard Cartwright

Stars: Emily VanCamp, Madeleine Stowe, Henry Czerny, Josh Bowman, Nick Wechsler, Gabriel Mann, Ashley Madekwe, Christa B. Allen, Connor Paolo Writer: Michael Foley & Tde Sullivan Director: Network: ABC, Sunday nights, 9 p.m. Original Telecast: February 10, 2013 So “Union” is supposedly about all the forces, good and evil, getting together on REVENGE. But do we really care about that? It’s all about that sunken boat from this season’s premiere and whose body was in it. The way this episode was teased, I really thought this one was going to be the one where we find out. However, knowing this show, it’s entirely possibly they’ll find a way to drag that storyline […]Read On »

Wright Network: ABC, Monday nights, 10 p.m. Original Telecast: February 4, 2013 When you think of “Recoil,” especially in the context of a crime-show such as CASTLE, you generally think of a gun recoiling back toward the shooter. But it also means drawing back in disgust from something repugnant, and for Det. Kate Beckett (Stana Katic) and crew, it’s hard to think of a character more repugnant than the man who had Kate’s mother […]Read On »

Unusually, this one is pretty much all about the case. Okay, Esposito (Jon Huertas) gets friendly with one of the suspects, Scarlett Jones (Kelly Hu) – they have so […]Read On »

Interview: NASHVILLE star Hayden Panettiere chats about singing her heart out

Hayden Panettiere stars in NASHVILLE | (c) 2013 ABC/Jon Lemay

In ABC’s NASHVILLE, which airs Wednesday nights at 10 PM, up-and-coming crossover country music star Juliette Barnes, played by Hayden Panettiere, is locked into a rivalry with more traditional and established country icon Rayna Jaymes, played by Connie Britton. Both actresses were nominated for Golden Globes for their work on the Callie Khouri-created series, still in its first season. Juliette represents something of a departure for Panettiere. Although the New York-born actress has been a thespian since her early childhood and has also cut an album as a singer/composer, she is usually known for playing kindly and selfless characters – […]Read On »
