Fox’s BACKSTROM, Thursdays at 9 PM, has been adapted by executive producer Hart Hanson from a series of books by Swedish novelist Leif G.W. Persson. Rainn Wilson plays Portland, Oregon police detective lieutenant Everett Backstrom, who is brilliant at crime-solving but astoundingly abrasive in human interactions.
