In NBC’s half-hour comedy TRUTH BE TOLD, which airs two new episodes back to back on Friday, Dec. 25, two couples grapple with trying to do and say the right thing without being phony, which they sometimes find difficult. Bresha Webb plays Angie, who is married to Russell (Tone Bell). They’re black; Russell is best friends with white next-door neighbor Mitch (Mark-Paul Gosselaar), who is married to Tracy (Vanessa Lachey). Sweetums was the first to walk down the green carpet to greet all the press. Followed by Kermit, Fozzie Bear, Animal, Rowlf and Walter in a black Chrysler Jeep Wrangler, who was a sponsor and then Miss Piggy rode up in a Silver Chrysler convertible smiling at all the press.
