Fox’s GOTHAM, premiering Monday, September 22 at 8 PM, depicts Bruce Wayne as a teen orphan played by David Mazouz, before he dons Batman’s cowl. This might draw comparisons to SMALLVILLE, which dramatized the early life of Superman, another DC Comics hero, but GOTHAM has a much more adult feel.
