Today, everyone who watches television knows that NCIS is one of the CBS network’s big success story. A spinoff of JAG, which ran on CBS for ten seasons (1995-2005), NCIS premiered in 2003 and is now in its ninth season. Showtime’s dark comedy series WEB THERAPY, which just wrapped up its first season on SHOWTIME, started life (appropriately enough) on the Web in 2008 before making the jump to premium cable. CBS announced its Fall 2011 schedule today and the network made some pretty aggressive moves to its schedule – all of which will strengthen its weak spots and cushion new shows. Some of the big moves include CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION vacating the Thursday at 9:00 slot its held for years and moving to Wednesday nights at 10:00 pm.
