British actor Damian Lewis won an Emmy for his first season as prisoner-of-war-turned-terrorist/Congressional candidate Nicholas Brody in Showtime’s CIA thriller HOMELAND, which airs Sundays at 9 PM. Lewis was nominated again for his second year on HOMELAND, when Congressman Brody is proved to be a terrorist by CIA agent Carrie Mathison (Claire Danes, who won Emmys for both seasons), then is turned into a double agent by the CIA, then resumes his affair with the very conflicted Carrie, then is apparently framed for blowing up the CIA and ends the second season on the run. Everyone else that has had injuries have made remarkable recoveries. Rachel (Elizabeth Mitchell) had both a broken thumb and an arrow to the shoulder and shows no ill will from it. That chick that has been […]Read On »

Cartman and Kyle in SOUTH PARK - Season 17 - "Ginger Cow" | ©2013 Comedy Central

Writer: Trey Parker Director: Trey Parker Network: Comedy Central, airs Wednesday nights Original Telecast: November 6, 2013 The seventeenth season of SOUTH PARK is about half way through its run, but the episodes, like usual, have been wildly uneven. The latest, “Ginger Cow”, is hands down the worst this year. Playing into the notion of peace in the Middle East and Cartman creating chaos once again, it’s short on laughs and long in execution. The episode begins when Cartman claims he saw a “Ginger Cow” in the pasture – a cow painted red and given a red wig. Apparently, this […]Read On »

Don’t get me wrong, I would have rather had Fitz (Iain De Caestecker) go because well, I’m a dude and all so I naturally would prefer watching the hot female. However, both characters have been really annoying and easily replaceable as the Q of the […]Read On »
