SCREAM QUEENS, which premieres Tuesday, September 22 on Fox Network, is the latest brainchild of Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk (who work together on AMERICAN HORROR STORY) and Ian Brennan (who worked with Murphy on GLEE).
