On July 29th a big party was held by CBS/The CW/Showtime for the Television Critics Annual Summer Press Tour at The Event, which is actually the upper parking lot where the department store Robinson’s/May in Beverly Hills used to be. It was recently announced that The CW is creating a spin-off to their popular THE VAMPIRE DIARIES series and now The CW President Mark Pedowitz has revealed some more details about what will be called THE ORIGINALS.
