Georgia-born Carrie Preston is both a filmmaker and an actress. Her most recent directing gig, the feature film THAT’S WHAT SHE SAID, is out in theatres this Friday. Fans of TRUE BLOOD know Preston as outspoken Bon Temps waitress Arlene Fowler, she has a recurring role on THE GOOD WIFE and it looks likely that she may reprise her character Grace, who’s the love interest for Finch (Michael Emerson, Preston’s real-life spouse) on PERSON OF INTEREST. Actor David Krumholtz is still known to many people as Charlie Eppes, the FBI-advising mathematical genius he played for six years on CBS’ NUMB3RS. The New York-born actor then took a turn playing one of the managers in NBC’s short-lived THE PLAYBOY CLUB last year. TCA News: CBS addresses (briefly) its lawsuit against THE GLASS HOUSE

With the high profile lawsuit between CBS and ABC regarding their BIG BROTHER rip-off THE GLASS HOUSE resulting in that series still allowed to air, CBS Entertainment President Nina Tassler  briefly touched upon that copycat series at today’s Summer 2012 TCA CBS Press Tour and why it was necessary to protect their intellectual property with BIG BROTHER. “[The lawsuit] is on-going, so I can’t discuss it right now,” says Tassler. “The message needs to be communicated though that we’re incredibly protective of our brands and creative infra-structure of the shows themselves.” Related: MORE NEWS AND INTERVIEWS FROM THE SUMMER TCA’S […]Read On »

When CBS announced its Fall 2012, one notable series was absence – the freshman procedural series UNFORGETTABLE.
