Eoin Macken gets around, in reality, in his career, and in the stories of the projects he does. Macken, born in Dublin, Ireland, is an actor, and a writer/director/producer, along with being a cinematographer and a film editor. As a writer/director, Macken’s feature film credits include the thriller CHRISTIAN BLAKE, DREAMING FOR YOU, THE INSIDE, LEOPARD, and HERE ARE THE YOUNG MEN. 9-1-1, Fox Network’s drama about first responders airing Wednesday nights, has already been renewed for a second season. The series follows a team of police, headed up by Angela Bassett’s Athena Grant (Bassett is also one of 9-1-1’s executive producers), a squad of firefighters led by Peter Krause’s Bobby Nash, and an emergency call center, where we focus on operator Abby Clark, played by Connie Britton. 9-1-1 is created by the prolific trio of Brad Falchuk, Tim Minear and Ryan Murphy. TERRIERS was a series that concluded its thirteen-episode run a few weeks ago on FX.
