The World Premiere of Marvel Studios’ GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL.2 was held April 19th at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. It was a huge premiere and closed down Hollywood Boulevard from Highland to Orange. Fans lined the street and screamed as the stars arrived. The picture brings back the misfit Guardians who much fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mystery of Peter Quill’s true parentage. Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures presented the Los Angeles premiere of GODZILLA at the Dolby Theatre recently. The black carpet ran down Hollywood Boulevard through Hollywood/Highland to the entrance of the theatre. The only thing missing was the statue of GODZILLA, which was not put up till the next day in the foyer in front of the TCL Theaters. Walking the carpet were the stars of the film, which included: Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Bryan Cranston, Elizabeth Olsen, Ken Watanable, Richard T. Actor Breckin Meyer, currently starring in TNT’s lawyer buddy comedy FRANKLIN & BASH, created MEN AT WORK based on himself and his friends. The half-hour series is now in its third season on TBS, Wednesdays at 10 PM. Paramount’s Insurge Pictures turned Hollywood Boulevard into a concert arena for the Los Angeles Premiere of KATY PERRY: PART OF ME. With a stage built in the middle of the street and the bright pink carpet for Katy Perry and the guests to walk down first before the concert, which was located at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. On top of that over 5,000 screaming fans lined the street to hear the concert, and in the Hollywood/Highland complex fans stood on tables and looked out onto the street.
