TCA 2011: NBC reveals the status of THE EVENT wrap-up movie

While speaking with NBC Entertainment Chairman Robert Greenblatt at this summer’s 2011 TCA, ASSIGNMENT X asked about the status of THE EVENT wrap-up movie. TCA 2011: NBC Chairman is confident THE PLAYBOY CLUB won’t be boycotted by any other affiliates

With NBC’s Utah affiliate KSL refusing to air NBC’s new period drama THE PLAYBOY CLUB, NBC Entertainment Chairman Robert Greenblatt said today at NBC’s Summer TCA session that he doesn’t anticipate any other affiliate stations dropping out before the show debuts in the fall. “I think every other affiliate will be airing the show and are on board,” says Greenblatt. “I guess I wasn’t completely surprised.
