Caleb Carr’s best-selling novel THE ALIENIST has been adapted as a ten-part television series, airing Monday nights on TNT. THE ALIENIST deals with Dr. Laszlo Kreizler (Daniel Bruhl), a psychiatrist practicing in 1890s New York, who teams up with news illustrator John Moore (Luke Evans) and first NYPD female employee Sara Howard (Dakota Fanning) to track down a serial killer preying on child prostitutes.
