There’s enough drama to go around in “Scandal,” what with Daniel (Josh Bowman) getting arrested for the murder, Jack (Nick Wechsler) thinking Amanda (Margarita Levieva) did it and trying to cover that up, and Emily (Emily VanCamp) getting all messed up because she’s in love with Daniel.
