TCA News: CBS confident for a ninth season of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER

As HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER heads into its eighth season, today at the Summer 2012 CBS Press Tour, CBS Entertainment President Nina Tassler revealed she’s very optimistic for securing another season of their hit series. “They had an incredible year last year and we have a great relationship with [creators] Craig [Thomas] and Carter [Bays] and they have a strategic wrap up of the show,” says Tassler. “They know they want the show coming back next year, so we’re having conversations now about extending it and we want it back next year.” Related: MORE NEWS AND INTERVIEWS FROM THE […]Read On »

At the Summer 2012 CBS Press Tour today, ELEMENTARY creator Rob Doherty spoke about his new take on the Sherlock Holmes legend which transplants the famed Scotland Yard character (Jonny Lee Miller) to present day New York with a female Watson (Lucy Liu). “Our Sherlock is a puzzle solver – that’s his obsession,” says Doherty. “It’s to the point where you might call it an addiction.
