Anne Hathaway in VALENTINE'S DAY | ©2010 Warner Bros.

Warner Bros. announced today that Anne Hathaway will strap on the leather to play Selena Kyle, aka Catwoman in the Christopher Nolan directed THE DARK KNIGHT RISES. Frankly, it couldn’t be a better fit. She’s got the feline grace and the acting chops to pull it off. Meanwhile, Tom Hardy’s role in the movie has been confirmed too. He’s playing the villainous Bane. You’d think Warner’s would have split the two announcements, but hey, at least we have an idea and a direction of where the new Nolan film is heading. What do you think? Love the choices? Hate them? […]Read On »

In the new romantic dramedy LOVE AND OTHER DRUGS (which opened nationwide this week), Anne Hathaway plays a young woman with Parkinson’s who strikes up an awkward new relationship with a drug salesman played by Jake Gyllenhaal. She’s initially cautious about putting her feelings out there, particularly with her disease, but the end result is a film that redefines the romantic comedy genre. And with director and co-writer Ed Zwick pushing the boundaries of nudity between the two leads in a film, it certainly gives Hathaway a bunch of things to talk about as she takes five with ASSIGNMENT X. ALICE THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS highlights Blu-ray, DVD and Digital Releases for Oct. 18, 2016

ALICE THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS | © 2016 Disney Home Video

Movies: ALICE THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS – The sequel to Disney’s original ALICE live action movie is an interesting take on the myth of the classic tale. While it received so-so reviews from critics and fans were a bit disinterested in the whole film (read: it flopped at the box office), it does a good job of bringing back the elements of the first movie that made it good with a strong cast (Helena Bonham Carter, Anne Hathaway, Mia Wasikowska and, of course, Johnny Depp) and an interesting story about Alice (Wasikowska) returning to Neverland and once again battling […]Read On »
