News: Will THE AVENGERS shoot one more scene before its release on May 4? Robert Downey Jr. says so

There may or may not be one more scene added to THE AVENGERS before its release. At a press conference on Thursday, AVENGERS star Robert Downey, Jr. announced, “We are shooting one more scene tonight. Not kidding.” At a second press conference immediately following this, AVENGERS writer/director Joss Whedon was asked about this. His response: “It’s Robert. First Look: The full-length TOTAL RECALL trailer is finally here

Sony Pictures gave a short tease for the new TOTAL RECALL trailer late last week, and now the full-length version has finally arrived. A remake of the classic 1990 Arnold Schwarzenegger film, the new Len Wiseman directed film based on the Philip L. Dick novel puts Colin Farrell in the title role of a man in the distant future who is discovers his memories have been falsified and realizes he’s a spy and now must escape the futuristic bad guys trying to stop him. As Series 7 of DOCTOR WHO nears this summer, the BBC has been strategically doling out teases of what the expect as the series celebrates its 50th Anniversary this year. Last week, we got a glimpse of the Doctor’s new unnamed companion played Jenna Louise-Coleman and now the BBC has released the first teaser trailer of what to expect in the forthcoming series. Tim Burton’s latest stop motion film follow A NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS and THE CORPSE BRIDE is actually a blast from the past. FRANKENWEENIE is a black and white stop-motion film based on the live action Disney short he did in 1984 before he hit it big with PEE-WEE’S BIG ADVENTURE and BEETLEJUICE. Yes, it’s time for Marvel’s team of superheroes to assemble as THE AVENGERS Extended Super Bowl trailer finally hits the web.
