LINE OF DUTY is now streaming its sixth season on Britbox in the U.S., with new episodes dropping on Tuesdays. (All five previous seasons are available.) When the Season Six finale of LINE OF DUTY ran on the BBC earlier this year, it was the highest-rated show in the U.K. of the twenty-first century. Disney•Pixar held the World Premiere of BRAVE, part of the Los Angeles Film Festival at the Grand Opening of the Dolby Theatre (formally Kodak Theatre) in Hollywood on June 18th. VisitScotland sponsored the premiere. Everything was green like the hills of Scotland! The Director, Mark Andrews showed up wearing a kilt. Bag Pipers came down the carpet playing, which was really cool! Fans lined the street. Red curly wigs were handed out to a few photographers who posed with Kelly Macdonald (I was one, but sorry no picture). Kevin Nealon wore one of the wigs as he walked the carpet. […]Read On »

In BRAVE, the latest 3D animated offering from Disney/Pixar, we’re in the Scottish Highlands of the distant past, where clan loyalty is precarious and magic still affects mortal lives. NBC’s David E. Kelley-created HARRY’S LAW is a midwinter hit that’s back for its second season Wednesdays at 9 PM. Kathy Bates plays Harry Korn, a lawyer who turned her back on a lucrative career in patent law to open her own unorthodox legal practice. Christopher McDonald, the prolific New York-born actor, came aboard as lawyer Tommy Jefferson for what was supposed to be a one-shot role on HARRY’S LAW.
