FLASHPOINT is a series that is not only filmed in Toronto, it’s actually set in Toronto. The show concerns a Canadian SWAT team, which provides Canadians with a homegrown action drama and Americans with a window into how our northern neighbors handle violent crime and hostage situations. In one of those odd international scheduling situations, Season Four of FLASHPOINT began earlier in June in CTV, while in the U.S., Season Three is concluding on CBS tonight. Well, the latest poster for the final HARRY POTTER film – HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS – PART 2 has arrived and it says it all: “It All Ends.” Arriving in theaters in 3D on July 15, the final chapter of the film adaptations of J.K. Rowling’s novels will feature the climactic battle between good (Harry as played by Daniel Radcliffe) and evil (Lord Voldemort as played by Ralph Fiennes). In TNT’s new science-fiction series FALLING SKIES, premiering this Sunday, Earth has been invaded by a heavily-armed, extremely hostile species of extraterrestrials colloquially called Skitters. Noah Wyle  heads up the cast as Tom Mason, a historian turned resistance fighter who is searching for one of his sons. The show reunites Wyle with producer Steven Spielberg, who also one of the executive producers on ER, where Wyle spent fifteen years playing Dr. John Carter. TNT presented the premiere screening of DreamWorks Television and Executive Producer Steven Spielberg’s brand new series FALLING SKIES on June 13th at the Pacific Design Center’s Silver Screen Theater in West Hollywood.
