DC Comics is doing very well on television right now, with ARROW entering its third season on The CW, and two new series, Fox’s GOTHAM and The CW’s THE FLASH, launching this fall. On July 29th a big party was held by CBS/The CW/Showtime for the Television Critics Annual Summer Press Tour at The Event, which is actually the upper parking lot where the department store Robinson’s/May in Beverly Hills used to be. Paramount Pictures held the Los Angeles Premiere of RANGO on February 14 at the Regency Village Theater in Westwood, CA. Fans were everywhere and when Johnny Depp arrived the screams were deafening. Johnny took the time to go to each section and sign as many autographs as he could. The carpet was a sand color to match an “Old West” theme that was the backgrounds that ran the carpet.
