The five-part documentary series HUMAN, a collaboration between PBS and the BBC, is running Wednesday nights on PBS’s NOVA and is thereafter available on PBS’s on-demand and streaming platforms. HUMAN examines the evolution and lives of the earliest human species – of which, it turns out, there were more than just homo sapiens and Neanderthals.
