With FOX bringing back the X-FILES for six episodes it is only fitting that David Duchovny got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on January 25th in front of the FOX Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard. David’s star is the 2,572nd and is in the category of Television. Chris Carter (Creator of X-FILES) and Garry Shandling spoke to the crowd of fans and press about David and his career. Vin Diesel received the 2,504th Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in the Category of Motion Pictures on August 26th. The star is located in front of the historic Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel on Hollywood Boulevard. It was a very hot day and unfortunately I landed up sitting in the sun and thought I was going to melt. Jerry Bruckheimer celebrated his 40-year career on June 24th by receiving the 2,501st star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in the Category of Motion Pictures. The Jerry Bruckheimer Walk of Fame star is located in front of the El Capitan Theatre, which was very fitting since THE PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN series, and the soon to be released THE LONE RANGER and many other films were released by Disney.
