Disney held the World Premiere of OZ THE GREAT AND POWERFUL recently at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood. Before the premiere started a big blue balloon was blown up and James Franco climbed on board. This was for the opening scene of the Jimmy Kimmel Show, which he was a guest later on in the evening. Fans watched from the street and inside and all around the Hollywood/Highland complex. Disney•Pixar held the World Premiere of BRAVE, part of the Los Angeles Film Festival at the Grand Opening of the Dolby Theatre (formally Kodak Theatre) in Hollywood on June 18th. VisitScotland sponsored the premiere. Everything was green like the hills of Scotland! The Director, Mark Andrews showed up wearing a kilt. Bag Pipers came down the carpet playing, which was really cool! Fans lined the street. Marvel Studios in association with Paramount Pictures and Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures recently held the World Premiere of Marvel’s THE AVENGERS at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood. Shutting down Hollywood Boulevard from Highland to Orange, fans lined both sides of the street to see the stars arrive for the most anticipated movie event of the year.
