Every year, there’s one programming decision that seems to be either incredibly stupid or quite inspired. The jury is still out on which category CBS’s attempt to move their sturdy comedy RULES OF ENGAGEMENT to Saturday night at 8:00 to anchor a new comedy block falls in.
