Starring: Tom Welling, Erica Durance, Allison Mack, Justin Hartley, Cassidy Freeman Writer: Anne Cofell Saunder Director: Christopher Petry Network: The CW, airs Friday nights Original Telecast: February 25, 2011 With SMALLVILLE being so uber-serious during its final season, when it decides to take it easy for a week and engage in its playful side, the result is the incredibly bizarro (and occasionally enjoyable) “Fortune.” Taking a HUGE riff on THE HANGOVER, the episode starts off with the beginning of the bachelor and bachelorette parties for Clark (Tom Welling) and Lois (Erica Durance). Starring: Tom Welling, Erica Durance, Allison Mack, Justin Hartley Writer: Jordan Hawley Director: Morgan Beggs Network: The CW, airs Friday nights Original Telecast: February 5, 2011 Look who’s finally back. It’s seems like a long time since we last saw a new SMALLVILLE episode, right? What’s the deal with that? No matter, Clark (Tom Welling) and company are back, and I have to say, I was impressed. We were all horrified yesterday when Warner Bros. announced they were going to do a big-screen reboot of BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER. Being major fans of the Joss Whedon-created TV series, and with him having no involvement in the project, it’s clear there’s more nightmare announcements ahead that will send us fans screaming under the bed until this horrible nightmare is over. Did we mention the script is being written by newbie screenwriter Whit Anderson – she used to be an actress! However, there are a few things to be grateful for. Movie Review: DUE DATE

When two teams of writers work on a project, it’s generally not good news. Such is the case with DUE DATE, a road trip comedy blessed with the intense, intelligent presence of Robert Downey, Jr. and Zack Galifianakis as mismatched travelers, but lacking hilarity in either premise or details.
