GANGLAND: Actor and executive producer Lou Diamond Phillips on new crime film – Exclusive Interview

The character of Teddy Sharpe in the new feature drama GANGLAND, opening in theatres and on digital July 10, is not Lou Diamond Phillips’s first go-round playing law enforcement on a reservation. Phillips spent six seasons, 2012-2017, on LONGMIRE as Henry Standing Bear, tribal liaison for the sheriff of Absaroka County, Wyoming. However, unlike Henry, Teddy is not indigenous.
