Now that Fox has announced all of its new Fall 2011 series, it’s time to get a sneak peak first look at them. NAPOLEON DYNAMITE is a new animated series based on the hit indie movie following the gawky title character as he deals with the travails of smalltown Idaho life. At today’s Winter TCA session for Starz, some cool new TORCHWOOD news was announced. According to executive producer and creator Russell T Davies, the new title will be TORCHWOOD: MIRACLE DAY and reveals what the premise will be in Season Four. “The premise is a miracle that happens on earth,” says Davies. “Not a single person on earth, no one dies.
