Regency Enterprises celebrated the Los Angeles Premiere of IN TIME, October 20th at the Regency Village Theater in Westwood. The concept makes me think of the 1976 film LOGAN’S RUN, which starred Michael York and Jenny Agutter where life ended at 30 in the Carousel. DreamWorks Pictures held the World Premiere of REAL STEEL on October 2nd at the Gibson Amphitheatre, Universal Citywalk in Universal City. On the Citywalk stage two of the robots stood for people to take pictures with. REAL STEEL is set in the near future where 2000 lb. robot fighters have replaced humans in the boxing rings.
