DreamWorks Pictures held the World Premiere of REAL STEEL on October 2nd at the Gibson Amphitheatre, Universal Citywalk in Universal City. On the Citywalk stage two of the robots stood for people to take pictures with. REAL STEEL is set in the near future where 2000 lb. robot fighters have replaced humans in the boxing rings. 20TH Century Fox held the Los Angeles Premiere of RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES on July 28th at the Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood. Fans lined the street, which was not closed off. So when the stars walked across the street to sign autographs they had to stop the traffic. The fans screamed very loudly for James Franco, Tom Felton and Rupert Grint.
