Disney and Jerry Bruckheimer Films held the U.S. Premiere of PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES at the Dolby Theatre, May 18th in Hollywood. The carpet ran down Hollywood Boulevard to the entrance of the Hollywood/Highland Complex and up to the entrance of the Dolby, which was lined with fans, as a matter of fact fans were everywhere on the street and the lucky ones got to be right on the carpet to see the stars up close. Disney•Pixar held the World Premiere of CARS 2 at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on June 18th. Hollywood Boulevard was transformed into the World Grand Prix between Highland and Orange. Life-Size remote-controlled cars of Lightning McQueen, Mater and Finn McMissile came down the black carpet, which looked like a racetrack. The backdrop was so cool as, like the movie, cars looked liked they were sitting in the stands. The press section was built on a riser so we looked down onto the carpet.
