In TNT’s legal dramedy FRANKLIN & BASH, which has its third-season finale on Wednesday August 14 at 9 PM, Breckin Meyer plays Jared Franklin and Mark-Paul Gosselaar plays Peter Bash. Franklin and Bash are lifelong friends and unconventional lawyers who join a “white shoe” law firm run by the likewise unorthodox Stanton Infield, portrayed by Malcolm McDowell. This year, Heather Locklear has joined the cast as more traditional lawyer Rachel King, who frequently clashes with the title characters. At today’s Winter 2013 TCA Cable Day, COUGAR TOWN executive producer and co-creator Bill Lawrence spoke about the transition of his ensemble comedy moving from ABC to TBS for Season 4. “I’ve been trying to kill this show for years,” says Lawrence with a laugh. “There’s now commercials for our show.
