And so it begins on DANCING WITH THE STARS: Season 25. The competition heats up with most of the couples in ties or – triples? – after Monday night. The couples matched each other in a tight mash up mostly with a couple of stragglers following behind, come on Nick Lachey do your brother Drew proud. At the top we have a V. Chmerkovskiy vs. M. Chmerkovskiy situation going on with their respective partners – Victoria and Vanessa – dancing their way to first place alongside Jordan Fisher & Lindsey Arnold. Oh and hallelujah! all the judges were back giving full on critiques and arguing as it should be again. Tomorrow night another dance and another elimination. Stay tuned!

Sultry. Carrie Ann Inaba said her Foxtrot was polished. Len Goodman liked it. Bruno Tonioli thought her Foxtrot couldn’t have been foxier.

Nikki Bella (WWE star) and her partner Artem Chigvintsev
Graceful. Inaba said she has learned to trust her partner in her Waltz. Goodman said she was soft and lyrical. Tonioli called it prim and proper.

Frankie Muniz (actor) and his partner Witney Carson
Wow! Inaba called his Tango clean. Goodman said it was full on. Tonioli called it intense and precise.

Terrell Owens (NFL player) and his partner Cheryl Burke
Improved. Inaba said he was committed to the movement. Goodman thought it was too raunchy for his taste. Tonioli called his Foxtrot a sextrot.

Derek Fisher (NBA player) and his partner Sharna Burgess
Dapper. Inaba thought his dancing was charismatic but small. Goodman thought his Foxtrot was light hearted. Tonioli said he was lacking in his technique.
Scores: Inaba – 6, Tonioli – 7, Goodman – 6, Harland – 7

Sasha Pieterse (actress) and her partner Gleb Savchenko
More polished. Inaba thought she had great flexibility in her Viennese Waltz. Goodman said she had a nice hold. Tonioli wanted her to watch her arms.

Jordan Fisher (actor) and his partner Lindsey Arnold
Excellent. Inaba said he needs to polish up his ballroom nuances. Goodman said it was a tad staccato. Tonioli said his Viennese Waltz was a true sparkler.

Debbie Gibson (singer) and her partner Alan Bersten
She kept up well. Inaba thought her Quickstep was a great performance. Goodman said her speed lacked control. Tonioli said try not to look like you are racing.

Victoria Arlen (paralympic athlete) and her partner Valentin Chmerkovskiy
Strong. Inaba said her Tango was spot on. Goodman called it super duper. Tonioli said it was well executed.

Barbara Corcoran (reality TV star) and her partner Keo Motsepe
Better. Inaba said she was more natural in her Tango. Goodman said it needs to be crisper. Tonioli said it was a proper Tango.

Nick Lachey (singer) and his partner Peta Murgatroyd
Nice. Inaba said to stretch out a bit. Goodman said his Foxtrot was too fragile. Tonioli told him to keep it extended.

Drew Scott (reality TV star)and his partner Emma Slater
Gave it his all. Inaba saw a strong connection with him and his partner. Goodman thought he was gangly doing his Quickstep. Tonioli thought it was classic.

Lindsey Stirling (Violinist) and her partner Mark Ballas
Spunky. Inaba called her Quickstep beautiful. Goodman said it was bright. Tonioli told her not to throw her arms around.

Who Has Legs to Take Home the Mirror Ball: Lindsey vs. Vanessa for the win, with Jordan and Frankie moving up on them.
