On Fox’s new Kevin Williamson-created series THE FOLLOWING, Mondays at 9 PM, Kevin Bacon’s character, once and re-deputized FBI agent Ryan Harding is trying to stop serial killer Joe Carroll (James Purefoy) from striking again.
