Executive producer Todd Milliner is a busy man who’s gotten just a little busier this year. The fourteenth season of LAW & ORDER: SVU, which airs Wednesdays at 9 PM on NBC, got off to a turbulent onscreen start, what with a scandal that nearly cost the squad Captain Cragen (Dann Florek) and wound up getting a lot of politicians and district attorneys fired.
