The series, created by Joss Whedon, Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen, brings back Agent Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg), somehow resurrected – we don’t know quite how yet, but it’s clear Coulson himself has been misled – after his death in AVENGERS as the team leader. In Part Two of our exclusive interview with Syfy Channel’s WAREHOUSE 13 show runner Jack Kenny, he talks about writing for the actors and deepening the characters. ASSIGNMENT X: Is Agent Steve Jinks, played by Aaron Ashmore, getting a romantic relationship? JACK KENNY: He runs into his ex on a case. His ex is a U.S. Marshal and Charlie Weber plays him. It’s kind of fun. It doesn’t feel gay or straight – it’s just, they have relationship trouble the way anybody has relationship trouble, and they just play it out, and you go, “Oh, I wish they could make …Read On »

In fact, the Season 3 premiere “Tattoo” crams in enough story points, action and horror that it’s very clear the show is declaring we’re in for a very epic new season. Stars: Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Madison McLaughlin, Adam DiMarco, Megan Danso, Adrian Hough Writer: Adam Glass, series created by Eric Kripke Director: John F. Showalter Network: The CW, Wednesdays @ 9 PM Original Airdate: March 27, 2013 After the emotional and structural intensity of SUPERNATURAL’s previous episode “Goodbye, Stranger,” whatever came next was likely to pale in comparison, but “Freaks and Geeks” wouldn’t be particularly winning no matter where it was placed in the season (and it could have gone practically anywhere). It puts Sam (Jared Padalecki) and especially Dean (Jensen Ackles) in the role of worried surrogate dads/big brothers …Read On »
