Recently, Lionsgate held the World Premiere of THE HUNGER GAMES at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Downtown Los Angeles. This premiere had the same setup as THE TWILIGHT SAGA premieres that have been held down at Nokia…BIG is the word to describe it. Fans of the book series by Suzanne Collins were everywhere. They screamed as the stars arrived. Some wanted autographs and their photo taken with the stars. Clearly, THE EVIL is the “A” title of this B-movie package. Even with its massive shortcomings, it’s an effective little horror thriller starring Richard Crenna as a psychologist who decides to fix up an old mansion as a potential rehabilitation clinic.
