Recently Summit Entertainment held the Los Angeles Premiere of STEP UP REVOLUTION at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Fans and press were treated before the premiere started to a dance crew dancing on the red carpet doing all the new hip-hop moves. A special premiere was held recently of the Web series DAYBREAK at the Sunset Tower in West Hollywood, along with an evening of Entertainment, Tech Demos, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Musical performance by DJ Skee and special guests. The Web series is collaboration between TOUCH creator Tim Kring and director of 24 Jon Cassar and AT&T. DreamWorks Animation held the Los Angeles Premiere of PUSS IN BOOTS on October 23rd at the Regency Theater in Westwood. Closing the street where the theater is located, the “beige” carpet, had backdrops that looked like sets from the film. Costumed PUSS IN BOOTS and Kitty Softpaws walked the carpet, plus before the premiere started Spanish dancers came down the carpet. Nickelodeon held an exclusive screening of the TV Event of the summer – iCARLY WITH VICTORIOUS recently at The Lot in West Hollywood. Combining two of Nickelodeon’s most popular shows into a 90-minute special was a genius move of Nickelodeon and Dan Schneider, the creator of both shows. Disney held the World Premiere of PROM at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on April 21st.  Most of the stars and the guests wore prom dresses and tuxedos as they walked the red carpet. The women were given on check-in wrist corsages and the men a label corsage. Disney had requested that the guests bring a gently worn prom or special occasion dress to donate to LA’s Prom Closet, which is a 100% volunteer nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young women in high school attend their senior prom by providing students new and used gowns for FREE.
