Rock 'N Roll was the theme of the night! Poison, Def Leppard and Tom Cruise!

Rock ‘N Rock was the theme at the Warner Bros. Pictures World Premiere of ROCK OF AGES held recently at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. The black carpet was decorated with landmark signs from the famous Sunset Strip rock scene – The Whisky Ago Go, The Viper Room and the famous rock eatery hangout The Rainbow Bar and Grill, where a lot of these rock people still go to eat. The Whisky Ago Go being around the longest on the Strip have had many of the great groups play there – The Doors, Poison, Iggy Pop and the Stooges, The Hollies, Led Zeppelin, Jefferson Airplane, Fleetwood Mac, and many more. It was the place to play!

Tom Cruise arrived early to the surprise of the many fans that lined Hollywood Boulevard to sign autographs and take pictures with the fans. He loves the fans!

Walking the carpet were the stars of the films, which included: Julianne Hough, Diego Boneta, Russell Brand, Tom Cruise, Paul Giamatti, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Malin Akerman, Mary J. Blige, Bryan Cranston, Alex Baldwin, Eli Roth, Justin Theroux (Screenwriter), Tobey Maguire (Producer), Mia Michaels (Choreographer) and Adam Shankman (Director).

Joining them were guests, which included: Martha Quinn, Lita Ford, Def Leppard, Kevin Cronin, Derek Hough, Joel Hoekstra, Kathryn McCormick, Ryan Guzman, Jenna Elfman, Bodhi Elfman, Jennifer Aspen, Neal Schon, Michaele Salahi, Ryan Seacrest, Dermot Mulroney, Tharita Catulle, Mark Salling, Ashley Tisdale, Zac Efron, Brooke Shields, Chris Henchy, Debbie Gibson, Poison, and Josh Duhamel and Stacey “Fergie” Ferguson. Josh Duhamel came dressed as a Rock icon, beer in hand and a cigarette and Fergie hanging on him reminded me of a “rock star and a groupie!” From a distance he looked like Russell Brand until we realized who it was. Great get-up Josh!
