Summit Entertainment held the Los Angeles Premiere of SOURCE CODE on March 28th at the ArcLight Cinerama Dome.
Jake Gyllenhaal stars as Captain Colter Stevens, a decorated soldier who wakes up in the body of an unknown man and discovers he’s part of a mission to find the bomber of a Chicago commuter train. He soon realizes he’s part of a government experiment called the SOURCE CODE, a program that enables him to cross over into another man’s identity in the last 8 minutes of his life. With a second, much larger target threatening to kill millions in downtown Chicago, Colter re-lives the incident over and over. Each time he finds that he gathers more clues that will help him solve the mystery of who is behind it and prevent the attacks.
Walking the carpet were the stars of the film, which included: Jake Gyllenhaal, Michelle Monaghan (Christina Warren), Vera Farmiga (Colleen Goodwin), Jeffrey Wright (Dr. Rutledge), Michael Arden (Derek Frost), Cas Anvar (Hazmi), Russell Peters (Max Denoff), Craig Thomas (Gold Watch Executive), Mark Gordon and Jordan Wynn (Producers), Hawk Koch (Executive Producer), Ben Ripley (Writer) and Duncan Jones (Director).
Joining the stars were guests, which included: Matthew Gray Gubler, Serena Reeder, Brant Daugherty, Michael Nardelli, Reese Lasher, Logan Lerman, Tara Lipinkski, Bruce Caulk, Arjay Smith, Austin Butler, Maya Gilbert, Mike Epps, Cameron Monaghan, Jay Cutler, Kristin Cavallari, Carla Ortiz, Mohammed Al Turki, Siran Manoukian, and Eric Mabius.
SOURCE CODE opens April 1st.
